INSIGHT

The goal here was to launch a Facebook creative campaign that mirrored the brand's new tone of voice and personality through the lens of having superior "Coffee Expertise".

idea

To accurately portray a brand like Nespresso required that specific attention be paid to not only its Swiss foundations in engineering and design but also to its standing as a global coffee authority. Therefore, a major element of this campaign was to create an international, epicurean tone while maintaining the clean, clever and precise attitude of the Nespresso image.

impact

After a highly positive social media campaign, Nespresso retained and reinforced its position as the "Coffee Experts" but most importantly, improved its image as a premier but not-too-serious brand. The recognizable shift in tone achieved by this campaign is one that Nespresso continues to put forward to this day.
